Comfortable Care I was very happy with how my procedure was handled. The nursing staff was very competent, friendly and concerned about my comfort. This was my first time to meet Dr. Moore and I felt very comfortable in his care. When he called me "Mame", the first time, I knew everything would be all right:)

Caring and Attentive I was pretty nervous going in for my colonoscopy and endoscopy due to having chronic diarrhea for months. The staff was absolutely delightful and made me more comfortable than I thought possible. I hadn't met Dr. Moore before the day of the procedure and meeting him right before I was skeptical about how comfortable I'd feel. Strongly Recommended Dr. Moore was very informative about my treatment options. His PA listened to what I was going through and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Caring That staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr Moore was kind and explained things in an easy manner that is was understandable. He also was kind and welcoming you can tell he cares about his patients.

A Great Job! The IMC facility is great and the staff and those assisting were very kind, thoughtful and attentive to your needs. Doctor Moore came in and explained the procedure and why it is necessary. He explained how it would be performed, what I should expect and what I should anticipate after the procedure was done. He noted what should be done if any complications occurred. He also went over what happens if any polyps are found and how long I should plan in waiting for the results of the lab tests on any polyps found. ... read more

Great Experience! Great experience. Excited to have the 2 doctors willing to help me figure out what is going on with my stomach. And finally someone who knows what to do.

Great I arrived at the designated hour I was only kept waiting for about 30 minutes. The nurse assigned to me was very personable and had a great bedside manner. The clean out that I went through was terrible. I did have to do a 2 day clean out because of my history. The doctor although looking like a child was very good to explain the procedure. The anesthesia worked very well. I did not ever realize that the proceedure. Ini fact when I came out of it, idid ot even realize that the drug had even worked. All in all it was a ... read more

Great Because I had pre-registered there weren't a lot of questions after I entered and began the preping. The Nurses were very knowledgeable and quick to see if I had any questions as they got me ready for the procedure. When the doctor came in he reviewed what was going to happen and asked if I had any questions. Preping was finished and next thing I knew I was waking up and taken back to recover.
