Every time I come here it's an issue. Purchasing was a pain and every time I come in for servicing its an issue and I am treated very rudely. Other Cadillac dealers have exceptional service, this place is run down and treats you as if you are a problem to get out of their as quickly as possible. I have had problems with my car that they just gave up fixing because they didn't know what was wrong.
