Always excellent service. I only take my SRX there for anything it needs. Mostly just oil changes. Grey, the shuttle service gentleman is absolutely the best. Always there when he says. I will admit the building could use some updates but I'm here for the vehicles and excellent service not real estate.
I loved everything about the customer service.... friendly, fast, accurate.... I felt like I was home!
As long as this place has the monopoly on service, I will never buy another Cadillac. Went in for service 4 years ago, and was treated like I was invisible. I was told the diagnostic was $99, when it is actually $99 PER HOUR!!! Going back to Chrysler or Chevrolet!!!
Jimmy in the service department is truly a gift. My car had hail damage and the exceptional customer service I received and his professionalism left me in awe. They did a fantastic job on my car also. He picks up the phone when you call and treats you like you are his only customer. I just really appreciated the little things he does for his customers. Thanks Jimmy and I hope everyone else is taking notes!

I took my 2013 XTS in on Tuesday for routine oil change and tire rotation. Turns out I needed 4 new tires which I bought. Picked up my car on Wednesday and the cue that was working when the car went in, was no longer working. My extended warranty, the best they offered, didn't cover the cue. Everything else but not the cue and Moore Cadillac hasn't as of yet offered to rectify the problem. Love my car but need better customer service.
Snobby and not friendly. They don't carry CTS V's because of the liability. Really!?
