Had my best car buying/trade-in experience with Joseph Kim. So many dealerships have pushy, aggressive salesmen and managers. Joe was the complete opposite. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful; no off putting pressure or games. The whole process was smooth, with a fair trade-in and clear explanations. Can't get a hold of people, and it's been 3+ weeks. They don't answer their contact forms, they don't pick up the phone in the service department, etc. I eventually got an e-mail from someone who promised they forwarded my information along to the service manager and that I would receive contact from him.
