I worked at Moore Cadillac for three years. The personal and middle management were great to work with. One big red flag is the GM Dave. In my opinion, he is not a good human being. No people skills. NOT able to communicate, listen or learn from his greatest assets (his employees). If you are thinking of employment at Moore Cadillac, tread lightly. Lou
Poor service experience. I had a simple issue with a hanging bumper and twice they claimed to have fixed it, only for me to show up to find the car in the same condition. They also refused to deal with a technical issue involving super cruise because they did not want to deal with OnStar. Overall it was a huge waste of time taking my car here for service. Don't bother!
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Moore Cadillac. I brought my vehicle in for service, and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was told by Dennis Orts, the service manager, that I owed $75 for the “time he spent on the phone” trying to reach my warranty company. At no point was this charge disclosed to me in writing or over the phone. I was never notified in advance that simply making calls on my behalf could result in an extra fee. Worst experience with a dealership. The finance guy that we spoke with was very dramatic and unprofessional. They pull your credit and the salesman/finance team don't even call you back to inform you about the final decision...I was able to secure funding from a credit union and would have returned to purchase my vehicle from them, but this experience was such a turnoff...I was able to find my desired vehicle elsewhere. *Update after GM's (David) response - It’s clear he’s not helping the dealership’s image.
