Stay far away! I live in Northern Virginia. My wife and I had been doing our research for months and Saturday was the day we decided to go out and possibly make a purchase. Moore Cadillac in Chantilly is the closest Cadillac dealership to us, and we had decided on a Platinum Escalade Sport. Moore's website showed they had some in stock. Initially there was a bit of a misunderstanding when dropping off our vehicle for service. When we scheduled through the Cadillac app the only choice it gave us was a rental car. When we arrived at the dealership we rented a vehicle, not knowing that we could ask for a courtesy vehicle. When the service manager heard about this, he called us right away and offered to cover the cost of the rental. Very satisfied with their quick attention to this matter.
