I lost count exactly how many times I called. Each time, she would tell me that she will call me back, then I heard nothing back. It took you 2 weeks to create the estimate; when the replacement headlamp came in, rather than looking at it beforehand, you waited until it was being installed to discover that a clip or some other part was missing making it useless and finally, somehow, some way the replacement bumper you ordered was the wrong size.
