Amazing, caring surgeon. Very thorough, she found a lesion that turned out to be HPV cancer. And she knew how to cure it.
Dr. Moore is respectful, friendly and professional. I will continue to use her for years to come.
Love Dr Moore, have been seeing her for many years, and she is wonderful, knowegeable, smart, kind and will not rush you ever, very warm and personable. I always feel very comfortable discussing any concerns. Would not even consider seeing anyone else in her field.
Great Surgeon excellent result
Maybe OK for colonoscopies & was recommended by Cedars. But for serious problems she is very unfeeling & cold. I had her for an operation to remove a difficult polyp that had to be removed though the stomach wall. It was a nightmare. After the surgery I had a bleeder that made my blood pressure go down to 74 before they realized I was bleeding and required 4 pints of blood. Then she had to do a colonoscopy the next day to tie off the bleeder. And absolutely no follow-up with me.
Dr. Moore was unable to help me, nor did she seem to care if she could. On top of the poor service received from Dr. Moore, the front desk informed me that there was no co-pay; that my insurance covered the visit. This was not correct, and instead of contacting me, they sent my account to collections. Not sure which was worse, the dr's hurried, uncaring behavior or the front desk's unprofessionalism.
With regret I'm posting a negative review as Dr. Moore is an excellent dr. & I was referred to her by my GYN. However, their office manager reassured me, prior to a routine colonoscopy, that the procedure was covered under my Silver Plan Blue Shield of California PPO, turns out to be false. She's outside network & whatever payment service she employs to collect excessivefees after the procedure, Nexus Healthcare Solutions?, are unwilling to negotiate a more typical fee proposed by my insurance
Dr Moore really explained to me my whole procedure. She really made me feel at ease! Very extraordinary surgeon!!
I recently had hemorrhoid surgery & she was as insensitive, curt, & as uncaring as I have ever experienced from a doctor. I had to call after the surgery & needed advise as to how to relieve the pain. She said, "What do you expect? I did a lot of work!" That is not what a caring, sensitive doctor says to a patient in severe pain. She also prescribed certain pain meds I told her I was allergic to. She still perscribed it because she didn't know the generic name. She didn't seem to care. Not good!
