I'm so happy I chose Dr. Moore. She is extremely thorough in her work and in her explanations. I came in with a long list of questions, but her initial explanation of my diagnosis, procedure and prognosis was so good, that she covered almost all of them. Overall for the doctor and her staff, this is all routine for them, another day at the office and I get the impression they have no real need, desire or purpose to go the extra mile for patience. Rectal surgery, in my experience is pretty traumatic and extremely painful to endure. Being able to raise questions, express concerns and being able to access stronger pain medications should not make me feel like I am being a nuisance especially how much money these procedures cost and how distressing life gets immediately post-op.
Had my second or 3 coloscopy with Dr. Moore today lost track! Everything about the experience couldn't have been better (except for the prep!). Also the women in the surgical center were kind, reassuring and extremely professional . Last, but not least, Dr. Beth Moore was amazing....very informative, honest and gentle. I'm very lucky to have been referred to Dr. Moore, I'm a medical office administrator Thanks to all of the staff, they are all very professional.
Excellent kind Dr. I was nervous for the exam, and she was comforting
I went to her for months and my issues were never properly dealt with. I was virtually incapacitated and instead of actually trying to fix the problem I was told everything was going to just "magically" get better even though the remedies she prescribed were not helping. When I wasn't getting better there was no attempt to find a cure, it was as if it were my fault. When I suggested a different remedy she wouldn't even discuss it. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor!
Dr. Moore is the BEST there is!! Everything about her office is 1st rate; from the incredible front office staff who are so on top of safety and protocols to Dr. Moore herself! She is compassionate, warm and very caring. She took her time to explain everything and put me at ease. The office personnel fit me in ASAP and helped me every step of the way. I went in full of anxiety and left feeling very happy and cared for. Would recommend to everyone!!!
The Doctor is fine. The office staff is horrible. I called 10 times to schedule a procedure. I never got a call back. This occurred in early December 2019 and January of 2020. I spoke with both the surgical coordinator and the office staff in my attempts to arrange for this procedure. I was repeatedly told someone would call me back. They never did.
