Second time using Moore Air Inc. Five years ago, they added Air Conditioning to our older furnace, today, they replaced that furnace two days after it failed. Both experiences were exceptional! I highly recommend Anthony; his word is gold, fair and as promised. His installers, Edwardo and Nelson were prompt, very considerate and thorough. I wish all trades were as fair and dependable as these guys!
I am so glad I had Moore Air company come out and fix my ac and heating unit s few months ago as it really helped during this recent heat wave. Jorge and Daniel came out to my house and went and got my faulty Ultra Low Nox Heating Unit fixed and made sure my ac unit outside was working properly. I had our AC units serviced by Moore Air. The maintenance workers were relatively pleasant to work with but tried to upsell us on a few items. I found the owner to be deceitful in his pricing. I was quoted a price for the job after clearly describing the AC setup in our home. I am very detailed in my communications with service companies. After the work was done, the quote doubled. Jorge was very respectful and took the time to explain the situation with our broken air conditioning. He demonstrated why he came to the diagnostic conclusion and made the repair immediately. I cannot really comment on price, as I didn't get comparison quotes, but it was about what I expected to pay. Would hire again.
