This place is criminal. Overcharges, doesn't return phone calls, and mis-bills insurance. If she says you're in network, they won't bill it that way. Kerri will steal your money. Claims were denied because she wouldn't speak with the insurance company. The most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced at any medical practice anywhere. Do not go here. This was the most unprofessional mental health experience I’ve had out of working with over a dozen providers. The clinic canceled my appointment without notice, failed to return calls or texts, and blamed their own communication breakdowns on me and the "Spruce" app (Spruce independently verified that Moonstone's claims were false).
