I asked a lot of different mechanics what they thought the issue with my truck was. I thought I was burning oil since I have a 2005 silverado with 230xxx miles. And every mechanic said, you probably are. It's an old truck. But I wasn't so convinced so I asked jerid at moonstar and he actually went and looked at my engine and really gave it a through look. He noticed that my timing cover was really wet and we figured that's where I was losing oil. No other mechanic actually tried to find out what was wrong. Now that we made a... read more

All I can say is Jerid is the Man! He has been working on my cars for many years and always is honest and will work with you the best he can on prices. Understand this is a highly skilled mechanic in all makes including European and American and his level of expertise allows him to do basic repairs to highly modified and custom after market upgrades. I always know when I leave my vehicle it will be in good hands. He's not the quick fix it type as he takes his time to thoroughly do the repair correctly.
