My friends and I were visiting for the weekend. This was our first time eating at Moonshine. We loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. The wait staff was incredibly friendly and extremely accommodating. Our waitress, Caroline, gave us great recommendations for food and wine. The food was out quick and tasted amazing. Definitely will eat there again next time.
Delicious food, great atmospheres with great drinks. The popcorn with garlic powder was AWESOME, just delish delish delish. Definitely will be going back when in Austin.
Great place...love the history. But, do you really need to be so stingy by using a shot glass for your pours?
Food was really good & Jo, our server was on spot. Only issue was, In one of the area's where we ate, ( clearly an add on the the original structure, the hea would come on & it got really got hot,) I'm certainly no A\C expert but maybe turning the temp down a few would help.

Phenomenal food and service! Drink menu is also awesome!
My waitress, Jo, was very attentive and the food was delicious. I didn't get a chance to sample the cocktails. But I sure would've liked to. The patio was such a cozy spot.
OK if you like fru-fru food. For a South Georgia redneck like me, not the place to eat. They did something to every dish to screw it up for me. Excellent wait staff!
What can I say? Every entree we've enjoyed here has not disappointed. So we keep coming back for more. And always bring new friends with us!
