Disgusting Horrible People work here. These are the rudest people I have ever encountered in my entire life. As soon as I walked in they just stared at me for 10 mins waiting at the window till finally I asked if they could help me, they informed me that sorry Theyre on break as they continued to do paperwork. Then charged me for days that I tried to get my car but they said they were closed 4 days for the holidays but that I still had to pay. this is the worst service I've ever seen. The asshole who works the front desk is mean,he don’t know how to treat his customers. He will try to hold your car long is he can for the storage fees.He gave us hell just to get our personal belongings out of our car,I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone. This place DOES NOT deserve 1 star NEVER AGAIN!! !

awful awful awful. disgusting people. They don't do their job correctly, they hang up on you they demand money just to answer 1 simple question. as soon as your car leaves their lot they throw away your file and will demand money to recover it. rudest bunch of people I've ever been in contact with. don't ever give these people your time and money because they're crooked.. . I'm embarrassed for them.
I gave Moon's Towing 1 star so I can write a review. They have the biggest asshole on earth working the front window. No personal skills, rude, and just nasty. If your vehicle is involved in a wreck, please refuse the wrecker if it shows up to the scene. A grade A dick and all his coworkers know it. Just ask them.
