Moon's is still charging people daily for storage of their vehicles knowing the DMV is closed due to an emergency lockdown because of a world wide pandemic. This is ethically and morally disgusting. I hope you are brought to Justice and boycotted.
moons has my husband's car. he got in an accident and died on impact. they are refusing my attempts to pick the wreckage from my husband's death and also harassing me for the bill. very awesome way to do business, hope you don't catch the Corona!

I would like the lady that spoke to me this morning to see the attached. She told me they don’t change tires. I told her they did it for me this summer. She disagreed. I have the receipt. I guess I am more disappointed in the lack of customer service.
After insurance denied claim I decided to go ask Them to work out something to not let charges go up. Their response was nothing I could do. 🙄. Then the person behind window says luckily I’m in a good mood. 🖕
These people are the biggest scumbags I’ve ever encountered. I was given different prices for how much money I owed them and was given different answers each time. They have terrible customer service and were are incredibly rude to both me, my friends, and my father. Never use their services.
We have an abandoned vehicle that was tagged for tow after 72 hours of non movement by the parish. It was released for tow almost 2 weeks ago and the company will not give any information about when they will come pick the vehicle up. I had no idea 72 hours takes 2 weeks. I will be reporting them to the parish for breach of contractural duty.
He’s at the Metairie farmers market bullying people if they are parked in the wrong spot. So much for supporting the local business community. Owner is a pompous a**.
