The cabin was clean, comfortably furnished and in the location we liked best. The staff at Big Bear Cool Cabins was friendly, efficient and great to work with. We highly recommend Cool Cabins.
Had a terrible check in experience. There was no key in the lock box, had to drive 30 minutes to get a key from the office. After driving all day to get to the cabin, this was not ideal but we dealt with it. After getting the key and driving back to the cabin, the key they gave us didnt work. We then had to wait another 1.5 hours for someone to show up to unlock the cabin for us. We had ourselves, 3 kids, and 3 dogs waiting for a key for a cabin we had already paid for at 11 pm. This was actually our second visit to Big Bear using Big Bear Cool Cabins and although I can let a few things slide by, I felt the service by the office staff and poor substandard housekeeping issues will never allow me to recommend them to anyone or use them again.
