So far our experience with cool cabins was great. When we arrived at our cabin last wednesday there was at least 3-4 feet of snow on our driveway so we called and they sent someone to plow it, though it took 10 mins for the guy to get there but that was ok. They also sent the technician right away ti figure out our tv. Their customer service was great. The only complaint i would say i guess is that they do need to change the couch because it looks like it has had its years, and we could smell it and it's not a good smell. Lo... read more
So as much I would like to give 5 stars I can't because of my first night which was horrible. But after talking to Kala and letting her know my issues she moves me and my dog to a new place. Which I love � Thank you Cool Cabin for saving my vacation
The only issue I had was trash policy:drop off myself, or pay $50 for pickup. My rental was missing coffee pot (as advertised) cool cabins sent someone immediately so I can enjoy my fresh coffee every morning in the cold � thank you �
OK so I didn't rent from them since I live here, but one of their cabins is across from mine, we've had lots of snow this January and they had the audacity to rent it without plowing their spot. Needless to say their tenants parked in mine. We took hours shoveling the one spot in OUR house, now we can't park there. Numerous complaints have been made to no avail, at this time is against the law to park on the street, not to mention is very narrow with berms and icy. Tow truck has been called. Beware that this could be you.
