GENE was the lead on my planting team and he was so polite to me, caring about my property and knowledgable about what he was installing. I was installing giant timber bamboo as a screen on my property and various plants to my garden. They made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. Alex, Roger, Arturo and Lester were all such hard working wonderful guys. They moved everything that needed to be adjusted for planting and cleaned up all the soil and debris before leaving. Purchased one tree, a crepe myrtle. Brandon was the sales rep, with all the right words to say. He 'tagged' the tree we chose. What was delivered was not our tree and, in fact, is a damaged, taped together one! He doesn't pick up his calls, no voicemail option, doesn't respond to texts, or read his emails. I responded to MVN's customer satisfaction survey which promises a response within 48 hours. No response. $1000.00 for a tree with split trunks... No, I do not recommend them.
Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Awesome selection of trees. Large parking lot.
Paid $800 for 4 plants that numerous knowledgable neighbors and two landscape designers tell me should not have cost half that. Am now reading many similar online reviews -- wish I had beforehand. Heed this warning-- protect your $$.

I just called the NoHo location to get basic information regarding a tree for my mother's front yard. The gentleman that answered the phone wasn't helpful at all! I was going to head over now to find one. Disappointed!!
