Zach and crew came out to plant a new little schumard oak for us this week and did a wonderful job! He was also kind enough to remulch the elm we’d had them plant last year. Super satisfied with the whole process, from picking the tree with the help of the knowledgable arborists at the nursery to the planting - these folks know what they’re doing!
John Kirk was amazing! Knowledgeable and very helpful answering all of our questions to make sure we got the right trees we were looking for!
Jim Savas provided exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humor, making the whole experience enjoyable. We bought 3 fruit trees—pomegranate, peaches, and apples—for our house and are so happy with this new nursery in Knoxville! Highly recommend!"
I hired this company to come up with a design and plant. I have never felt so ripped off in my entire life. I never had a face to face at the nursery to pick out plants, but did approve a plan/rendition that was sent to me. That's on me. What I learned, older plants cost at least twice as much as younger plants, as I went to the nursery to compare what I received to the cost. I have used Moon Valley several times and they continue to be very organized and professional. Zach Steven’s planting crew and Greg Lofton in sales , all did a 5 star job. My landscaping looks fantastic!
