Extremely unresponsive and difficult to work with. Never came out to view our space despite stating they would come and provide personal guidance. Be aware, you will be on your own and really just working with the subcontractor who comes to your home at the time of planting.
Let me start off by saying my experience with this place was 5/5 for the past several years I have gone here, but this year has been an absolutely terrible and frustrating experience. We have purchased the tree insurance on our queen palm every year and it has continued to die in the freezes. They said that they would no longer be offering tree insurance on the queen palm and we needed to choose a new tree, but in order to do so you have to have the arborist come out and look to see if there are any issues that need addressi... read more
My husband and I came to try and find a good fruit bearing plant for our front yard. Jared helped us find the perfect tree for us! He was very knowledgeable and educated us on what would be best for our needs. We appreciated all the information and really enjoyed the interaction. We are new to cultivating our garden, and we will definitely be back to work with Jared!
