Took a long time to respond. No bargaining.
My experience at Moon Township Ford was wonderful. I was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. (as a woman purchasing a car I have not always found that the case). The salesperson I worked with Chris Langham and if you are looking for a car, he's your guy.
Brandon told me "this car is not for you" when I suggested what I was willing to pay. Then he looked up cars that were even more expensive!
The e commerce part was very good. The evening I went to pick up the car was a nightmare. It took hours longer than it ever should have.
Business response:
I personally would like to apologize to you and ask if you can email me the details of what occured and what vehicle that you purchased. please respond to mspohn@moonauto.com and I will see what happened.100% customer satisfaction is most important to me.
Great communication
Great experience, no pressure, bought a new car there!
SUV I was interested in was sold
