Our salesman, Rit was excellent. He was courteous, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! And, yes, we purchased the car and are very happy!

Looked at a car and the tires were completely bald. Kevin advised new tires would be put on. I had to follow up 2 times after no call back. Finally got ahold of Kevin and said they would not put new tires on. Shouldn't tell people one thing then when you have the check they switch it up. Not good customer service.

The salesman and finance manager I dealt with were very helpful and a pleasure to spend the day with. The dealership ocerall however was not as impressive as the employees I dealt with.

Brandon Michele was extremely kind and very helpful. He did a lot of leg work for me, answering questions, getting quotes. He is extremely kind and very helpful. Township Ford is about 3 hours from my home but because of the kind, professional service Brandon has given me, I would drive 3 hours in a heartbeat to purchase a vehicle from him. The dealer let me know that the car I wanted to see at 1:00pm was being looked at by someone else at Noon. It was being sold as we got there. They showed us 2 other cars that they had but we weren't interested.

I was able to complete the entire transaction thru email with the dealer. They accepted my trade in offer and negotiated the sale price of the vehicle via email. Since I was coming from Cleveland to purchase the vehicle, this made things much easier. The dealer also tracked down missing floor mats and head phones and mailed them to us after the purchase was completed. We really appreciated the follow up.

Sold the car to me without telling me the cruise control switch was broken off the steering column ,nice ha , when I called told me I'd have to bring it in to have it evaluated then set up and appointment to have it repaired. It an hour dive both ways, its a 30.00 part , they knew it was broken when they sold it to me and now its going to take 4 hrs of my time for them to maybe fix it ? I rate them sub par
