I told her no layer. I just want a normal hair cut to be shorter but she did the way she wanted. She cut layer and shorter than my expectation. She made my hair look stupid now. This is the style I extremely hate. I came here different times before but since now I would never come back.
I went multiple times. They never fully listen to your requests and cut it they way they want to. Even with multiple reference pictures. I had my hair cut and bleached dyed a while back and they skimped on the hair products and left some parts orange and untoned. The dye was messy and uneven. For the cut, I asked for a light trim.
