My girls and I took a day trip to Savannah. We went to this brewery multiple times to get some delicious beers. At one point, we stopped in to sit down and enjoy a flight. Our server, Mathew was absolutely awesome. Not only did he provide great service, but he went above and beyond to show us more of the establishment. Tell Mathew thank you!
Had 1/2 of a beer went down to the basement to see the resident ghost Toby and then bar tender threw us out of the bar for that. Hàaaaaaaaa BTW it was a fat bitch who had a tee shirt that said shut up and drink ur beer. Should have walked out and realized she didn't have her hit of Meth yet for the evening.
Great food, great beer, great food. Thanks, Derrick (sp) for putting up with my three sisters and I. If ever back in Savannah, Moon River will be my first stop!
Slowest service I have ever had here. Our waitress was more interested in visiting with her friends than waiting on our table of twelve. Seriously???
Total joke of an experience. Waited forever on food for the waitress to tell us "there's nothing we can do about it, sorry. We ordered a order of wings and a hamburger and after an hour she tells us they haven't started on it. Beer was lame too.
Staff not helpful and they are not ADA compliance and don't care about handicap
We stopped in Savannah for the night on our way to Orlando from Boston. Ended up here for lunch. Atmosphere was awesome, they even let you bring your pup I the beer garden! Unfortunately, I left my debit card at the brewery and traveled to Orlando with out it. The staff was extremely helpful with finding my debit card. They went out of their way to ship it to me! I can't believe how friendly and helpful the customer service was. I can't thank them enough!
We went here this evening! My husband ordered a beer and hamburger and I ordered a chicken sandwich!! It took almost an hour for our food. It came out and my chicken sandwich was brisket or some other type of meat! I told them and the waitress didn't say a word just took the entire plate and walked off with it. No sorry or anything! We waited another 30-40 minutes for the new sandwich. I ended up asking for it to go since my husband was already finished eating! We got the bill. Still no apologies or anything!
