I can't love them more enough! I have never had such a great experience with anyone like I have with Moody's Eyes. Penn and Connie are fantastic - they're more like family than an eye doctor. They know me by name, they're always so kind and thoughtful - I will never go anywhere besides Moody's Eyes - They have me for life :)
Dr. Moddy was great. The exam experience was good, but it has been 15 days and I haven't received my glasses. No one called to tell me that there was an issue and that there was a delay. Dr. Moody called and informed me of the issues they were having and made everything right. I am satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this office. Thank you!
The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure when looking at glasses. Dr. Moody is a great MD and again very personable. Customer service is always 5 star.
Moody eyes was the only one in town willing to help when I realized I forgot my contacts at home on an out-of-state trip! They were so professional and were able to help me same-day! From the initial phone call through walking out with my contacts every interaction was FANTASTIC! Thank you for allowing our trip to continue making a major issue into a minor bump in the road.
