Dr Moody always does a thorough eye exam and answers my questions in an easy to understand way. The biggest thing is I’ve never had a new pair of contacts or glasses not work for me. I highly recommend Dr Moody for your eye care needs.
Each time I've visited in the last several years, I've gotten a sales pitch about buying glasses through them. It's always been direct, but more recently it's become extended exchanges. First with the assistant before my exam, then Dr. Moody during my exam, and then the assistant again after my exam. I’ve been seeing Dr Moody for 7 years now and it’s always a pleasant experience. Everyone there really knows what they’re talking about and are very transparent with pricing.
Went in to establish a new care after moving to the city. Was there trying to figure out insurance. Was treated very rudely because I wasn’t understanding what she was saying about the insurance plan. And they weren’t willing to help me figure it out after making one phone call. Could have been handled in a much more professional way.
Dr Moody was incredibly kind and friendly. He answered all of my questions, no matter how irrelevant. He explained everything in detail during the exam. He also reassured me about my concerns with my eye sight. I received a very warm welcome from the sweet woman sitting up front. Very kind. I couldn’t afford to buy glasses that day but I will return to his office and buy.
