Booked a wash and blow-dry with Sonovah a week in advance for 6:30 PM and received a confirmation. On the day of my appointment, she canceled because she decided to end her day at 2 PM and I couldn’t come in any earlier. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.
They did my hair & eyebrows, altogether good outcomes ♡

Ms. Sonovah really hooked me up for my french curl braids. I combed my locs out after 3 years of having them, it was my first time getting braided in a long time, and she’s so herself. Her personality is big and it made me feel more comfortable. She made sure those braids were secure, I’m pretty sure I fell asleep in her chair multiple times lol so yea BOOK THAT
