You deserve zero stars your office staff is so nasty and so rude lol
my therapist has been amazing and for three months i had (almost) no problems but the new female receptionist is incredibly rude, condescending, and does not know what she’s talking about. if you go here do NOT let her bully you or make you feel stupid. infuriating and unacceptable. tried to make me feel bad for “waiting until the last minute’ when i had put the request in a week ago. will likely be looking for another provider.

If i could rate this company zero stars, I would! This is a terrible company, and I do NOT recommend anyone go here for services. I called in the billing department, and spoke to Cierra who identified herself as the billing supervisor. I heard cussing, and loud talking all during the call, and was unable to hear the other party on the other end of the phone at the time. WARNING-Patient of Brian McCarthy. Staff would often drop the ball on medication refills. When you try to call to get answers the doctors are only in once a week so your left stuck, arguing and fighting for your own prescriptions. Brian seems bored/he's half listening. There is zero compassion just making sure he's the smartest guy in the room. This staff will only make you more crazy. Go elsewhere!
