Sorely disappointed. The restaurant was a mess. The staff seemed to not really care about you. Ordered onion rings...those were ok. Then "chicken strips" which actually seemed more like popcorn chicken with gooey breading and fries. Craig got the blue burger. Said it was ok. But it took a very long time. Just not someplace I would want to hang. Didn't even try the ice cream. Just wanted out. Trying to figure out how to get to it is an additional frustration. Won't be back and can't see it on Triple D.
Food was delicious! My milk was in a cool little glass jug too. Overall, My whole family loved it.
We had the BEST experience this morning! Rosie was our server, she is a great asset. The food was awesome, we will be back! :)
Been here since 12:20, didn't get my food 45 mins later. Spoke to manager all she did was comp my lunch just because I asked her to. She should have comp us the whole lunch since everyone got their lunch before us. I love this place, but really.
Horrible customer service! Every time my family and I go, we're invisible!✌
So disappointing. Traveling from Southern California to Northern California and we usually stop in even though the last few times the service was bad. This time we were going to stop in and called to make sure they were open. The person who answered said yes so we went. They close at three the person we spoke to didn't tell us there was a wait and that we probably wouldn't get in as they don't seat people waiting even if you've been there waiting since two.
