Well I moved in here April 1, 2025 but I have no problems with the Apts or the office Wendy and Kay have always been great to me and my family ❤️ I love both of them and they both talk to me and they have been sweet to me. Kay and Wendy I love you guys!!!
Danielle in the leasing office is unprofessional. Tells clients whatever they want to hear to get them off the phone. Zero follow through. Mysteriously never in the office or away from her desk. It's been literally years of this. Don't bother with Trailside On Mass. They look nice but management is never onsite.
Am grateful for interior hallways being repainted had taken two weeks? Baseboards and carpeting still nothing fire detectors removed and pray these fire doors are to code open until situation fire alarms then close doors. Currently doors slamming constant loud " luxury of tenants bending door hinges so backdoor open 24 7. No security cameras praying Blessings for them
