We had a wonderful experience with Monument Dermatology. The staff was very helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the process. We are especially grateful for their assistance and for referring us to the clinic where my husband was able to have his surgery. Thank you for your care, professionalism, and support!
Dr. Brown is phenomenal. And has the most beautiful skin. So down to earth . I had a CO2 laser in April . Update today I went in for the Avava laser.. And once again, I had a great experience. The whole entire staff is wonderful starting with the employees at the front desk the employee who numbed my face, Dr. Brown's assistant, and obviously Dr. Brown, I won't trust my face to any other doctor, but her.
Please stay away. I cannot say enough bad things about this business. Initially, I made an appointment and drove over an hour to see Dr. Brown. When I arrived, the front desk said oh she must have forgotten to block out her schedule. No apology. Nothing. Dr. Brown then emailed me (I’m sure to have me remove my negative review that I consequently left). On May 22nd, she emailed me, “ I would be happy to comp any medical or cosmetic treatments as a courtesy for your first appointment.” I accepted her apology and appreciated h... read more
