Under New Management The person mentioned in the previous review is no longer managing the property. On behalf of Monument Arms, I truly apologize for the way you were treated.
Not so nice to renters ... I have to say ... the office manager for Monument Arms does not treat potential renters kindly. Upon meeting with the manager -- I was spoken to as if I was a child. I promptly finished my paperwork completely, and then the manager went over it trying to explain how I did something wrong -- but once she really read, she realized that I had done everything correctly.
