I've been a regular patient here for years and I'm sorry to say it has been getting progressively worse. I'm afraid I'll have to find a new location.
This fucken place sucks balls no fucken AC in the waiting room all these ppl all sweating and those little skanks behind the glass all fresh and shit telling us they working in the AC right now....
They take way to long and the people they have at front desk are not courteous at all. They have good doctors though.
It takes a long waiting time, without an appointment, but it's ok... I'll be there again today!!
I just left that place without being see. I spent 3hours waiting to be seen. I came in at 1050. Got called at 1225. Was in the room till 1:39. I ask if I'm goin to get seen soon and I'm told there is only one doctor and she is on break with one patient still in front of me. How do you run a big clinic with only one doctor. Forget this place I am never goin back!! I suggest you find another place to see a doctor.
Horrible service front desk clerk was mean and rude to me and my two kids waited 4 hours to get called I will never comeback to this place
It is absolutely ridiculous the wait at this clinic! I spent six hours waiting to be seen! The front staff lack professionalism. When I stopped by to sign in, the front desk staff looked at me with deer in the head lights not even saying, "hello, how can I help you?" I have made two attempts to be seen for my follow up and lab results but ended being told to come another day!
