RecommendedThis place is wonderful. The hrs are very convenient. staff is wonderful. Dr. Agarwal, Wanda, Leyva, and Dr. Saughbaindit, Alicia are very knowledgeable and understanding. The whole staff is very caring and take time to make it the best experience possible. Hats off to them. wait times may be a litty long at times but it's worth it.
This clinic takes WAY too long for everything. If you have an appointment or if you don’t it takes 4+ hours easily. The staff is rude and hangs up on you if you’re calling for a refill (which half of the time they don’t even call it in on time). Don’t forget your children’s toys here either, because of instead of having a lost and found, they just throw the toys away. Great family clinic right? ��
Place is a joke! Everyone other than Alejandra, Arturo and the female Dr Wanda Sanchez has a shitty face, shitty attitude, rude and not helpful at all... What a disappointment. Just sad �
Too long of a wait even when you have an appointment. 1.5 hours. They tell you you have 2 people in front of you and then you see 3 more people Go in before you. Also people that arrice after you get in before you even though you have an appointment. Front desk almost Ignores half the time when your up there
Doctor was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He had my son and I wait 3 hours just for an easy physical. He didn't introduce himself when he walked into the room. He asked my son one question and left the room without saying anything else.
