Such a smooth experience from Day 1. Everyone was friendly and they communicated the entire time. The rental car place picked me up from location and I was able to return the rental to the collision center as well. A+++ Experience would highly recommend.
Used collision center for repairs on my car that was broken in. I’ve used them in the past before and were good. My experience this time as far as repairs and everything was good. The issues I had was the communication. My service person said they update through email. I spoke with him over the phone regarding what needed ordered and an estimated projected day when my car may be ready. My insurance company recommend Montrose Collison Center. That was the first clue, I guess. I was assured I would receive updates every 2 days on the status of the repairs. Never once did anyone from Montrose Collison call. That's clue #2 for those keeping score. I had to contact them. I believe their business model relys on taking advantage of unassuming insurance customers. They know they can get away with sloppy work & only do the bare minimum & less than that in my case.
