I haven't had any issues with this property that are beyond what you will experience in most apartments. Dealing with neighbors comes with the territory. If you want privacy and 24 hours of silence, buy a house... in outerspace. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The CARE program is one of the most engaging efforts I've experienced in any apartment community in Houston. So far, I have no plans to discontinue my lease. The location is convenient and relatively peaceful considering it's in the heart of the Galleria area.... read more

I’ve been living in Montierra for over two years; it’s in a really great location, nice apartments and great amenities. The one bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
