This place once was nice until this new company took over the property. Since they have arrived there have been issues all around. From upkeep to billing. It literally has been an A-Z of issues. Where to start: let's start with the company charging us for insurance even though we have proven several times that we have our own (a lot better than theirs) and yet they keep trying to bill us and threaten legal actions. Disgraceful. Should be 0 stars. Cannot keep basic maintenance standards. I had air conditioning issues in my unit for the entirety of the time I lived on the property (almost 2 years). Management is unwilling to accommodate/resolve these issues adequately and/or reasonably. After illegally allowing our air conditioning to be out of commission for 6 weeks.
