I brought my cat here a few times and we were very impressed by the service. We brought her in to be euthanized a couple days ago and it was the best experience I could have hoped for from a vet. They have a room just for euthanization, they let you spend as much time as you want before and after, and they have a door the leads right outside after you are done so you don’t have to walk through the lobby. I brought my Yellow Lab Buddy there for a ultrasound of his Bladder. Dr Wilcox did a excellent job , explained everything very well and prescribed the right treatment. Very professional and friendly along with all the staff. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any dog there again. GREAT JOB!
I dropped my dog off to be groomed there this morning. I can not even begin to tell you the anger that I feel right now, I feel as if I have been outright robbed and my dog has been traumatized. I was called and quoted a price and we discussed what was going to happen. Then after the fact since they did not do what we discussed, and things did not go as they had expected, they have decided to punish me, after already punishing my dog, by raising my bill $100!
