RecommendedAlways able to look at my car right away! They have loaners ready which is great! They tried helping me figure out which is the best car my daughter could use to take her driving test the next day. Since our car had issues.
If your vehicular transport system is smaller than a Semi Tractor, You will be very pleased! ( but then again, I think the doors are tall enough for a tractor too! :D Not only great customer service, but also great comoradory too! :D

I brought, (technically towed in), my Jeep to be repaired last December. I wanted to recognize Scott, Mike, and Ryan for the exemplary service. My Jeep is running better than before and they fixed the annoying sound my driver side door made. These guys not only do amazing work, they are efficient, and provide the best customer service. Had a great experience trusting Monticello Auto Service to repair my vehicle. Scott, and Ryan had my car looked at and determined it needed some work. They allowed me to use one of there loaner vehicles to get to and from work which helped me out a lot. Jiffy lube in Monticello stalled out my engine in oct 2018 and sent my vehicle to Monticello Auto Service - Ryan assured me my vehicle was in “great” hands. Fast forward to today, we’ve taken our vehicle back for the check engine light 3 different times, they clearly never test drove it after installing at least two different motors and never offered a rental vehicle of similar value - we took it back for the last time a week or so ago and they say our check engine light is on because of an oxygen sensor and they can quote u... read more
I was passing thru Monticello on a 300 mile drive with five kids along. My van started making a terrible noise and I was very lucky to find this shop! Despite arriving twenty minutes before closing time on a Friday night the shop workers greeted me with a smile and Incredibly prompt service. Within moments they had my vehicle test driven and up on a hoist, tightening my loose front wheel and saving us from what could have been an awful situation (and all for no charge I should add!).
