they charge far too much and did work that I did not approve and still paid for. I work in the auto industry and will never send business their way. I wanted to give them a shot because your local but this place felt like a scam shop you see on tv. same work quoted elsewhere was half the price
Their coffee in the waiting room is not normal coffee you get at auto shops. For this, I would give 5 stars alone. However, they also are friendly, honest, and provide great service.

I brought in my car to have my exhaust replaced and was quoted $200 less than another Auto service in town. I was quite pleased! When I picked up my car the next day, the total was still what I was quoted! My 3 year old son, who loves cars, was also shown around and given a little car of his own! Great service, extremely nice people, and they did an awesome job on my car! Thank you!
Had 4 new tires installed and while I waited with my 2 year old who loves matchbox cars we were given a quick tour to see where the car was being worked on and also ended up with a new toy car to bring home. Definitely went above to provide a nice experience. Pricing seemed fair and work was done in a expected amount of time.
RecommendedWanted to give a SHOUT OUT to Monticello Auto Service!! I’ve had work done by them a few times. Very knowledgeable team. Most recently had my truck in for some TLC. It’s a 20 year old F250. And had been showing old age aches and pains. I tell you what.....the old guys purring like a kitten now. Running smoother then it has in years.
