I lived at Montgomery Avenue for 2 years. It was a very positive experience. The location is fantastic, and the staff that works at Montgomery Plaza is so pleasant.
I have deleted my first review about the Montgomery Plaza, which was written after completed one year of rental, since my experience has changed. My first experience was not overall good; I got particularly frustrated when I got my car towed in the building parking lot, after having several minor instances with the unit over one year. Currently, charged $59 per month for parking and an additional $5 per hour for charging, which is unreasonably high compared to apartments in ardmore. To put this into perspective, charging an EV for 8 hours overnight would cost $40, while the average price of a gallon of gas is around $3.50. This means the current charging rate is equivalent to paying over $20 per gallon of gas, an exorbitant and unjustifiable price. The EV charging is absurdly expensive. It is 5 dollars per hour and parking is fifty nine per month at Montgomery Plaza. At least make the EV charging included with the price of parking. Chargers are typically only $1-2 per hour. No way EV charging should not be free as part of the crazy expensive parking!
