Verified Renter We have been a long-term residence here, and for the most part, is good but all our appliances are old and have never been updated in our unit since the day we moved here. For example, our fridge is old and the ice maker is broken but the office told me that it can't be fixed or replaced. We feel that we paying for things that are broken and not getting fixed or replaced.

Verified Renter Overall living here is wonderful. The property is well maintained and staff is friendly and helpful. The changes to amenities fee since I moved in is less than desirable but other than that I enjoy being here.

Verified Renter Been here 4 years already and plan to stay a while longer (although I may try to move into a larger unit). Neighborhood is clean and quiet. Amenities are nice, though I don't use them too often. Maintenance is very responsive and always resolves the issues.

Verified Renter It's better than it use to be back in the day. More expensive thou. Never had to pay for all facilities. The only utility got to pay was electric. They have to pay water trash sewer $70 for internet regardless if you can't end or can't get it.

Verified Renter I can't express how happy I continue to be here! Living on my own I worry about safety, but I have never felt safer. My apartment is just the right size - easy to keep clean, have friends over and small enough for that cozy feeling. And now that the pool is open, I am loving being able to spend time relaxing down there!
