love it here & my leasing consultant Lauren has be... love it here & my leasing consultant Lauren has been a huge help from day 1, even on her day off. the community is quiet and very pet friendly.

Friendly staff, willing to always help out. Howeve... Friendly staff, willing to always help out. However, the amount of $ my rent gets raised each year is ridiculous. And now in the new lease terms it states I have to pay additional money for high speed internet. Which I don’t need. Not happy about that.

Terrible!! This was the worst decision ever. Maintenance does patch jobs for everything. The people in the office are rude. There is NO closet space. The property smells all the time since it’s so close to Hatfield Meats and the smell comes THROUGH the sewage and into your gone. The sewage system is terrible everything gets backed up. They are unresponsive when you submit maintenance requests. I cannot wait to get the heck out of here!!

Mrs. Mary Thao My husband and I live in Madison Montgomery Apartments and it is a beautiful 2 bedroom Apt. We love how it offers all the amnesties that we need. It offers a fitness room, pool, internet room and soda machine. I love how Madison gets involves with the community. They also have fun activities for the kids during Halloween. Management is great because they always keep the residents updated with changes that they are doing to the apartments. My apartment always makes me feel like its my home.

Waste of money We pay $1400 a month for a 2 bedroom "townhouse" there is ABSOLUTELY no closet space. There are 3 closets in the entire home. One in each bedroom(which are not walk ins) and one downstairs to hang coats. That's it. Even though there is a ventilation fan in the bathroom it doesn't really do its job. After leaving in the house for a year and a half, the paint is starting to peal in the bathroom. Madison Montgomery - great place to live! The office staff and maintenance staff are great and they like to make sure their residents are happy! The grounds are pretty and well kept with flowers blooming all spring and summer long! The pool is open longer hours then most and the fitness center has everything you need! Atmosphere was pleasant but staff was not The Madison Montgomery apartments are pleasant to live in. The apartment buildings are nicely spaced apart from each other giving ample quad area to walk your dog. The apartments are well cared for between renters and the maintenance crew that is on call responds quickly and efficiently. The only down side to this complex is the office staff. They are barely there during their posted times and continually raise the rates at high levels.
