RecommendedMy 22 month old had her first visit with Dr. Frazer yesterday at Montgomery Allergy and Asthma! The staff was professional and courteous! Despite having negative allergy results, Dr. Frazer addressed all of concerns and informed my husband and I on some information concerning eczema that we were not unaware of! He wrote prescriptions and actually listen to me in regards to what medications have been effective or ineffective in the past! Dr. Lee and his nurse were so nice. Very professional and helpful.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Lee and his staff! They were all very nice! The nurse was great with my 16 month old who hates doctors and nurses. She listened to my concerns and wrote everything down. The doctor was in very fast and listened to everything I said and asked me questions that helped me ask more questions and tell him anything I was curious about. Customer service is very rude and once talk to you with disrespect and unprofessionalism they cancel your appointment
Was told by the Dr. that he was not going to charge me because they didnt actually do anything. So i guess the message wasnt received by billing and sent the bill to collections without even notifying me. Hope their medical treatment is better then there ability to communicate.
Dr. Frazer III and his staff are awesome! You guys went above and beyond to accomodate both my sons today. You are awesome�
We see Dr. Hugh Frazer....for the past 5 years for asthma and allergies and have always had nothing but wonderful service from everyone there. We love his dad as well. Thanks for all you do!
