I moved here after my apartment flooded during Hurricane Harvey. I had looked at several places but Montfair was the first place that felt like home. The leasing office staff was unbelievably sincere and helped me get settled in quick. They truly went above and beyond and helped me through an extremely stressful time. The CARES Team is AWESOME! Love the amenities, the staff is pretty nice, but the parking is awful. No spaces after 9pm. No organization and segregated resident/guest parking.
Have lived here for 4 years and really enjoyed it for my kids and myself. Facilities have been completely remodeled and look fantastic. Front office staff is awesome. Please be your own judge. Don't let others bad luck keep you from checking it out.
