I'am rent for a 6 months !!this place is horrible noises music!!,all the time !!,2am .all night!!,send message!! Managers nothing!! call a Police more times!!!,..Is horrible for persons work hard I'am care special babysitters for 13 hours all day..I wake up 4:30am and finish 7pm .This place is for persons no working!! If is you working hard don't rent here.Horrible!!

Pretty quiet place, excellent location, far away from noises, excellent. Great staff very helpful and friendly beautiful property, stress-free Every request we made prior to and after our move-in was met with a "can-do" attitude. It's obvious the property managers are seasoned professionals. The property itself is quiet and everyone is very friendly. We recommend this property to anyone looking to reside in The Woodlands and yet have quick access to all major thoroughfares.

Location is off the beatenpath but not far from anything
The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for me to move in. The apartments are very clean and modern, and the location is amazing everything is easy to get to.
I love living here at Montfair apartments, great neighborhood and great environment ❤️❤️❤️❤️. It is fun, clean and beautiful area. Thanks Montfair management for all your efforts to make us feel home.
