My daughter was supposed to receive therapy today and quite frankly, I would not take anyone there for anything. The fact that one of the therapist that was suppose to see my daughter could not even acknowledge me as I walked in or excuse herself to give her a minute, is crazy (whether you know I’m your client or not) There was no eye contact or anything and all I needed to ask was where I could park since the parking is horrendous. Very unfortunate to read a bad review. I'm sure theirs always an explanation or several sides to the story. My personal experience has been great with my kids and myself. Sometimes, much of the work must come from us, not the therapist. They are a tool and a reinforcement; we need to do the leg work and make the change for the better. This practice always goes above and beyond!! Most important, they CARE!!
Dr. Monterosso has had an indescribable positive effect on my life. She remains respectful, positive, and professional no matter the situation.
