Disrespectful tenants who destroy others property, and office never does anything about it.
By fixing the gate to the pool so tenants can swim. The manager said it would be fixed by the end of week. It still isn't fixed and the tenants haven't entered the pool in over three weeks. Install a better gate and camera to secure this gate!

Hello Karen, what the Manager said was we hope to have it fixed by the end of the week. The contractor let us down. We should have an update on the gates by Monday.
I lived there with my ex-wife and the rent is absolutely ridiculous!!! The maintenance crew has got to be the laziest people other than one guy white guy, who wasn’t even part of Maintenance, he was just a Porter but knew more than the people that were there as. The management is very unprofessional, you get any complaints within, just be ready to receive a “3-day eviction notice” taped to your door. Monterra is not worth moving in to. I would rather be homeless!!!!!

Well I live by this lady in apt 2121,who think it's cool to run a crack house, and have people retaliate on bad drug deals,all hours of the night when I'm walking my dawn I can smell the drugs comin from her balcony, while holding a baby,she got everybody fealing sorry for her,supposedly to have cancer,well if so I'm sorry and apologize for her diagnosis,but do not give her the right to sell meth, or crack out of her apt,I have a kid that in school,he is scared to death to leave the house,police is always there and.
