A $25 fine if they don't like your garbage – On 11/1/2011, management instituted a very restrictive garbage collection policy - they pick up 5 days a week, but they only allow bagged garbage that fits in one 13-gallon bag (in their Hefty container). This is regardless if you have a 1,2,3 or 4 -bedroom unit.
