Snazz is amazing. Check him out in the lobby during wine time.
The view can't be beat. A great hotel for couples and families. We'll be back!
Staff is really friendly. They make you feel at home. Nice place to stay in SF. Free wine from 5:30 to 6 pm for guests!
This is not a good hotel!!! Horrible customer service. Unhelpful and rude staff. Weird smells in the room. Stay here if you like ice cubes - that's the only good thing I can say. Go elsewhere !!!
Hotel staff is great! Very good sense of humor. It's clean and well decorated.
A fire-works BAN put in place by the anti-fun police, makes a stay here for the FOJ a bit less desirable!
