Love the apartment but not the company.
The apartments are small but clean. No roaches. Rent is pretty high for not having a washer/dryer in the units. The laundry rooms are a joke; a couple machines in each are constantly broken, and a lot of tenants like to leave their clothes in the machines all day without grabbing them when their cycle is done. It's pretty frustrating that nothing gets done about that, I had called the office several times regarding that. Jasmine has always been warm and welcoming. When we got the unit she was really patient to answer all the questions and concerns. Also every time you go their office she would always greet you with a smile and ready to help. My favorite person in their office.
