I've lived here for over 3 years and I'm happy with Monterey. It doesn't have a lot of amenities but it's comfortable here. It has a wide variety of tenants from families to young professionals to older retired adults. I rarely if ever hear any loud music or loud noises. The walls must be pretty thick because I never hear any of my neighbors and they've said they never hear me. What you see is what you get with this place. The complex isn't spectacular but it's perfect if you want a more affordable quiet apartment right off ... read more
